Marlfield Farm Free-Range Turkeys
Marlfield™ turkeys are slow grown to give a wonderful
plump, meaty taste and are the mainstay of the farm. The birds
are fed on natural, homegrown ingredients and reared in idyllic
surroundings, two factors which make for a delectable
product. The farm rears two types of turkey, the
white-feathered bird and the traditional Kelly Bronze. Both produce
a succulent, moist meat although the bronze boasts a more gamey
flavour. And to ensure the meat is even more tender the birds are
