Marlfield turkeys are the mainstay of the farm. The birds are fed
on natural, homegrown ingredients and reared in idyllic surroundings,
two factors which make for a delectable product. The farm rears
two types of turkey, the white-feathered bird and the traditional
bronze. Both produce a succulent, moist meat although the bronze
